Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Annie’s House is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and person-centred Supported Independent Living services. Our homes are supported by experienced leadership, strong governance, and a dedicated team skilled in the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs). We work collaboratively with behaviour support practitioners, families, and allied health professionals to ensure supports are proactive, consistent, and aligned with each participant’s individual goals.

With the added benefit of in-house Clinical Nursing oversight and access to our broader programs — including The Hub day programs, Sondrio on 67 social enterprise, and community-based initiatives — participants are supported not only within their home environment but across all areas of life. Our integrated approach promotes stability, skill development, community connection, and meaningful pathways toward greater independence.
