Our team brings together accommodation supports, nursing care, community access, skill development and creative programs to support participants across all areas of life.

 

We work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals to create supports that feel practical, meaningful and flexible.

The Hub is an outcome-focused program space in Pittsworth offering skill development, centre-based activities, excursions, community participation and creative programs for NDIS participants.
